Faceal Hydro CP is a solvent-free, organo-functional and ready-to-use product, specially developed to reduce the corrosion of existing concrete reinforcements (in accordance with standard EN 1504 – Products and systems for the protection and repair of structures concrete-). This treatment, for commercial use, has an exceptional water-repellent property since it makes it possible to prevent and effectively prevent any penetration of water and thus eradicate the harmful effects due to humidity such as the formation of mosses and lichens and the rising blooms. Faceal Hydro CP has a Curative property: It remedies and stops the existing corrosion of the reinforcements (maximum corrosion rate 5 microns / cm²). It is the ideal treatment to protect all types of engineering structures such as bridges, pillars, parking lots as well as architectural concrete, etc. It makes it possible to greatly limit, over the years, the repairs of construction materials. Faceal Hydro CP has a Preventive property: The reinforcements, in contact with humidity and chlorides (de-icing salts), oxidize and generate an increase in volume causing the concrete to burst, thus weakening the mechanical resistance of the elements affected. Unlike the corrosion inhibitors on the market, Faceal Hydro CP penetrates very deep into concrete, up to 6 cm thick, and thus locks out moisture and chlorides. It is also very effective on microcracks up to 0.3 mm.

Make sure the surface is clean and dry before using the product.

Apply two coats of Faceal Hydro CP to your porous surface (wait a maximum of 5 minutes between coats).
